Job Description

Your mission will be to drive an entertainment strategy that will include a full on entertainment program as well as managing social media. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, who will support you on your strategy.

Some of the tasks & responsibilities you will have are:

Entertainment

Search and booking of DJs & live bands ensuring that they match Mama's positioning and budget;
Managing & nurture relationships - the DJs and musicians - they all love you!
Lead & support the team in the management of ambience, sound and light in the restaurant and rooftop.
Create & manage special events, there is always something special happening at Mama, your energy and vibe are key!
Management of billing and other admin – yes, there is some back office work to be done 😊
Basically to be the Mama spirit all year round: With your help the party floor will be perfect!

Social Media

Point of contact & liaison with Mama Shelter central marketing as well as with our dedicated comms agency;
Coordinate & supervise content that is shared on social media by agency and be critical if needed;
Ensure our brand DNA is showed and felt in everything we do.
